STN-01 // IDENTITY FILE

A quality professional who treats honey as a system, not a slogan.

I am a result-driven food safety and quality management professional with more than a decade in the FMCG sector. My work sits at the intersection of plant operations, audit readiness, and the honey value chain — from hive produce to finished, compliant product.

I specialise in quality assurance: audits, corrective action, safety process design, and the documentation that makes those systems survive inspection. I research production trends to keep sanitation and product integrity current, and I liaise directly with manufacturing when a line, a lot, or a complaint needs a decision.

As a PCQI and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, FSSC / ISO 22000, BRC and HACCP, I have taken organisations through EIA, BRC, FDA and True Source audits. Academically I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology, with applied work in enzyme and fermentation technology — including a recognised project on optimisation and partial purification of alpha-amylase from agro-industrial waste using Aspergillus sp.

Finished product must meet the standard of the company — not the hope of the shift.

STN-04 // FIELD RELAY

Knowledge that leaves the plant and reaches the hive.

National programme

Honey Mission evaluation

Two years inside KVIC’s Honey Mission: state visits, processing-unit assessments, beneficiary interviews, and reporting that distinguished genuine practice from paperwork. The work supported India’s Sweet Revolution — more honey, more hive produce, stronger pollination.

Research

Alpha-amylase from agro waste

Optimisation of production and partial purification of alpha-amylase from agro-industrial waste using Aspergillus sp. — a biotechnology project recognised during the engineering years, and still the scientific instinct behind process questions on the floor.
